After I make a booking, how long will I wait to receive my voucher?
Most activities are either instantly confirmed or confirmed within 24 hours. You will receive your vouchers via email within 24 hours. Some tours and activities require minimum booking and will only be confirmed when the minimum pax is met. Once the tour or activity is confirmed, the provider will get in touch with you to confirm your slot.
What happen after I make a booking?
You will receive an order confirmation email with the subject header within 24 hours from your booking: Your Order at Joyscape.coAfter the voucher is issued, you will then receive a 2nd email titled: Joyscape Pte Ltd - Activity Confirmation. This email contains a link to download the voucher. You can download and show the e-voucher for redemption/entry at the attraction venue. Please check your spam email folder if you are unable to find the above emails in your inbox.
Can I make changes to my booking?
Please check your voucher booking details and validity period for attraction tickets and workshops. Please see the 'How to use' section under each activity.Attraction tickets are usually valid for 1 month after the day stated day of use. For workshops, they are usually on valid for the day of the booking. You may verify with our customer service or directly with the individual merchants/venues offering the specific workshops.
Can I cancel and get a refund for my booking?

What currency does Joyscape accept?
Currently, we display prices for Singapore Dollar (SGD) and very soon, US Dollar (USD) on our website.
How can I make payment?
You can pay via any credit/debit card.. Note that details of your credit/debit cards will not be stored on Joyscape.co or any cookies on our servers.
Can I pay cash?
Joyscape is an online platform so no cash payment is allowed.
Is my payment safe?
Joyscape uses third party secure payment gateways to process your payment. None of your payment card details will be stored on Joyscape's servers. If you choose to 'save card information', your credit card and debit card details are tokenized and encrypted and stored securely with our 3rd party payment gateways.
Why should I sign up for membership?
To purchase any tickets and workshops, you must first sign up for a FREE membership with Joyscape. You willl enjoy great discounts to tickets and activities even as a free Joyscape member and to limited free workshops. As a Basic/Gold/ Premium member, you will enjoy further discounts and earn credit back for your spending. You will also receive further monthly rewards when you sign up for a paid membership. Please see the membership section for more details.
How does the credit back work?
Depending on your membership types, you will earn credits back at a different rate as followsSpending of $60 on Joyscape.co- FREE Membership: 60 points- BASIC Membership: 120 points (x 2 conversion)- GOLD Membership : 180 points (x 3 conversion)- PREMIUM Membership: 300 points (x 5 conversion)
Once you have collected more than 10 points, you may use these credit points towards your next purchase.
Will the credit points earned expire?
Credit points are valid for a year after they are earned. For example, credit points received on 1 Jan 2019 will expire on 31 Dec 2019. Credit points received on 31 Dec 2019 will expire on 31 Dec 2020. Credits will automatically expire after 1 year.
