Sentosa to host first Pikachu Night Parade outside of Japan

Need more reasons to stay in Singapore this December?

Sentosa will be hosting Pikachu Night Parade, the first ever time outside of Japan.  The parade features nine Pikachus covered in LED lights, marching and dancing along a 100- metre route covering the Palawan Pirate Ship and Palawan Kidz City. Visitors can take pictures of the Pikachu parade along Palawan Beach Walk. In addition, the Palawan Pirate Ship, in the spirit of all things Pokemon, will also be decorated with Pokemon fan favourites such as Pikachu and Eevee.

The parade is part of Sentosa’s Island Lights party – an event with 10 visual “Instagrammable” installations. The Island Lights party will take place between Nov 16 and Dec 31 at Palawan Beach.

Here’s a peek at the parade in Japan.
